Q. Do I have to have to order my testing online?
A. No, you can call us at 1-877-787-8612 to speak to a live counselor.

Q. Can I pay cash at the Lab?
A. No, the Labs do not accept any forms of payment. Payment must be received prior to going to the lab. We process all paperwork including doctors' orders required for you to go to the lab.

Q. Do you accept Insurance?
A. After the testing has been performed we can help you get reimbursed through you insurance provider. If you would come back positive for certain testing you may not want to submit a positive result to you insurance company since it may increase your premiums.

Q. How do I receive my Results?
A. You can start calling back the following day to receive your results. Some results start coming back next day, up to 5 days. After you have talked to our results department you can have your results mailed, faxed or emailed to you. In the future you will be able to receive your results online.

Q. Is the testing confidential?
A. Yes, all of you testing will be confidential. We do not release any of your information to you unless you give us written permission. We follow ALL HIPAA Laws.

Q. Is there a cancellation fee if I decide not to complete the testing I ordered?
A. Yes, a 33% cancellation fee will beplaced on any cancelled test. Since a doctor's order is required for testing we incur fees prior to you going to the lab.
